Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 October 2026

These terms apply to the tasnet.io website and to the use of Tasnet Cloud, Tasnet Link, Tasnet Spot and Tasnet Connect by business customers. The specific scope, prices and service levels are set in your contract with Innovation Technologies LLC; where the contract differs from these terms, the contract applies.

1. The service

Tasnet provides software and devices to run guest Wi-Fi: user sign-in and identification, a sign-in page, analytics, advertising, surveys and related tools.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you give access to your account and for keeping the credentials safe. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your responsibilities

  • use the service in line with the law, including the rules for public Wi-Fi and personal data
  • inform your guests and publish your own terms of use on the sign-in page
  • send marketing messages only to guests who agreed to receive them
  • don’t use the service to distribute unlawful content or to attack other systems

4. Equipment

Tasnet Link and Tasnet Spot work with an active subscription. Tasnet Connect changes the configuration of your router at your instruction; review the plan it shows before applying and keep the backup it creates.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service running around the clock. Internet access itself depends on your provider and your equipment.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Innovation Technologies LLC is registered, unless your contract says otherwise.
